Feb 12, 2015· There are plenty of fledgeling Dredge/Graveyard strategies I see pop up time and again, and crucially, their self-mill is just way too slow, and they can't hit the ground running until after legions of Deceiver Exarchs overrun them. As such, I got curious - what is the fastest self-mil combo/loop/synergy you can generate in modern?

SELF MILL IS ONLY MILL. To get this MFer started, you mill yourself with Tracker's Instinct, Deranged Assistant, and Armored Skaab. Then you drop more s**t into your grave in the form of Dawntreader Elk, and Wasteland Viper. That MFer's got Bloodrush (worst mechanic in Standard after Scavenge) too.

Jan 09, 2015· Self-Mill cards? I have a really mad-cap idea brewing, and it needs a bunch of cards that mill yourself. Sep 22, 2014· well, ghost-trick skeleton might work since it is a zombie. Do you think I could put it in here. Fiend Comedian is actually good in this deck since I could either self mill and get my cards or banish my opponent's graveyard; either way I'm happy. Inferno reckless did help me a lot when I drew it so I think I will add more.

Dec 15, 2008· the easiest way to beat a merfolk mill deck is by using a very fast aggro deck. i found out that merfolk mill decks still need some time to set up (i have one that needs more tweaking). i was so anxious about aggro decks the time i was making that deck. the deck i made was so slow peasant kithkin weenie decks can beat me like i was so helpless.

I have been testing out this Blue Green Self mill deck. I think it is decent but i have yet to actually be able to play it as i dont play much arena and standard in my area is pretty dead. i am wondering if there are any glaring issues with this deck or any changes i could do to try and make it more competitive outside of the land base.

Nov 19, 2013· I'm not going the (self) mill route with my general, partly because I've played a control deck in standard for many months that had mill as a win condition and I don't want to end up doing the same thing in another format. I'm not against using something like Traumatize but I don't want to fill the list with that stuff.
