Dear colleagues, thank you for your input. You may have noticed that I asked two questions. HBA dan HPB. I've become a bit confused now, I know one is 'reference price' the other one is 'benchmark price'. Which one is HBA and which one HPB. If harga patokan is considered a fixed price set by the Gov, wouldn't that be a benchmark price?
