Gold mining venture in Zimbabwe Partners are being sought to invest in a gold mining venture in Zimbabwe. There are several gold claims in the eastern region of Zimbabwe. Geological surveys and reports of the mines have been conducted. Results from sample testing have been positive. Funding is being sought for mining equipment to start mining.

In Zimbabwe, the artisanal and small-scale mining sector has been a major contributor to the total gold output, hence, the ministry's efforts to rope the sector in to curb stigmatisation.
